Tenant Application Screening Fees can be paid by Direct Deposits at any CHASE Bank Branch made payable to Beach City Property Services.  Account Number: "9344877696" 

The bank will provide a receipt for your records. Be sure to call your Leasing Agent to let them know you have deposited your Screening Fee at the Bank so our team can start processing the credit information, before we call the landlord.  Sooner is always better than later!

All "Applications to Rent" will be processed upon receipt of the $38.00 Pre-Screening Fee (per each applicant over 18 years old).  When you deposit it directly into the CHASE account above, it will be seen immediately and your "Application to Rent" will be processed immediately.  Rental Applications can be emailed or faxed to you at your request. Please complete the application and either email or fax it back to us at beachcitypropertysvcs@yahoo.com or fax 866-804-8671.
